This is the 2nd Battalion, 11th Infantry Regiment Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course (IBOLC) Standards Book. It’s date is 2020 but you won’t find anything more current on the internet than this. You will be issued the current version of this book upon arrival at your IBOLC course but then it will be too late to pre-study what is inside.
This Reference Book serves as a primer and ready reference to officers preparing to assume command, leadership and management positions at the strategic level.
