ATP 3-01.94 is a doctrinal guide to Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC) operations and techniques. Its use intended for AAMDC commanders, their staffs, other Army and joint force elements that coordinate with the AAMDC on conduct of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) operations within a Joint Operations Area (JOA). It will also inform readers who require an understanding of IAMD and AAMDC operations.
While mission sets and techniques to accomplish them vary between AAMDCs, the focus of this ATP is on the common functions, roles, responsibilities and core capabilities shared by all AAMDCs. Core capabilities require all AAMDCs to be highly adaptive, flexible and responsive to contingencies globally.
The AAMDC mission is to execute Army Theater Air and Missile Defense (TAMD) operational and or homeland defense requirements in support of combatant commander’s objectives. The AAMDC synchronizes Army TAMD operations through instructions issued to TAMD units.
This book is a “Mini” (half the size of a piece of paper).
A popular size to carry anywhere (briefcase, large pocket, purse) but the print is large enough for easy reading. The binding is with coil, allowing easy flipping of pages without jamming.
The color covers are laminated for weather protection with black and white inside printing.
(A BIG size version (8 1/2 inch by 11 inch, the same size as a regular sheet of paper) is on this website too)
