Temporary Flying Restriction Due to Exogenous Factors Affecting Aircrew Efficiency

This regulation stipulates the minimum self-imposed temporary restrictions to be placed upon aircrew following exposure to certain physiological conditions in order to ensure optimal physiologic and psychological fitness in aircrew.
