FM 3-12 describes how personnel who conduct cyberspace electromagnetic activities plan, integrate, and synchronize cyberspace and electromagnetic warfare operations and how cyberspace electromagnetic activities sections integrate with other staff sections through various integrating processes and working groups throughout the operations process.
