TM 3-11.91/MCRP 3-37.32/NTRP 3-11.32 provides information concerning the various uses; scientific classification; and physical, chemical, and physiological properties of these agents, materials, and compounds. The scientific and technical data provided in this publication is intended to support military decisionmaking to include assessing acceptable risk in order to maximize protection to operational forces while operating in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) environments.

The principal audience for TM 3-11.91/MCRP 3-37.32/NTRP 3-11.32 is both staff officers and noncommissioned officers (NCOs) performing CBRN duties; commanders and staff at the tactical through strategic levels; emergency managers or nonemergency management personnel performing collateral or additional emergency management duties.
