This manual contains operating instructions, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting procedures, and supporting information for the AK-47 rifle. It is divided into five chapters.

 

Chapters divide the manual into major categories of information (e.g., General Information, Equipment Description and Data, and Principles of Operation).

 

Chapter 1, General Information, Equipment Description and Data, and Principles of Operation, provides general information about the equipment, identifies the major components and systems, and describes how the components and systems work.

 

Chapter 2, Operating Instructions, provides information about the proper use of the AK-47 rifle.

 

Chapter 3, Troubleshooting, provides symptoms and procedures pertaining to failures that could occur during operation of the AK-47 rifle.

 

Chapter 4, Maintenance Instructions, which includes PMCS Introduction, and General Maintenance Instructions, provide procedures to maintain the AK-47 rifle at the operator level.

 

Chapter 5, Supporting Information, provides information pertaining to references, components listing, and an expendable and durable items list.

 

 

This book is a “Mini” (half the size of a piece of paper).

A popular size to carry anywhere (briefcase, large pocket, purse) but the print is large enough for easy reading.  The binding is with coil, allowing easy flipping of pages without jamming.

The color covers are laminated for weather protection with black and white inside printing.
