Army Techniques Publication (ATP) 3-04.23 provides information, examples, and guidance for Army Aviation platoon-level leadership. It provides insight on leadership roles, unit structure, training, and missions for platoon-level leaders throughout Army Aviation.
ATP 3-04.23 provides guidance for aviation platoon level leadership in preparation for large scale combat operations (LSCO).
