STP 17-19D24-SM Soldier’s Manual Cavalry Scout, MOS 19D SL 2-4 is for skill levels (SL) 2,3 and 4. Soldiers holding military occupational specialty (MOS) 19D and their trainers and first-line supervisors. It contains standardized training objectives in the form of task summaries, to train and evaluate Soldiers on critical tasks that support unit missions during wartime. Trainers and first-line supervisors should ensure Soldiers holding MOS 19D have access to this publication. It should be made available in the Soldiers’ work areas, unit learning centers, and unit libraries.
This book is a “mini” (7 1/4 inches high by 5 1/2 inches wide) size – A popular size to carry anywhere (briefcase, large pocket, purse) but the print is large enough for easy reading. Binding is coil binding, allowing you to flip the pages with no binding. With coils, the book will lay flat on a table.
